We started as an artisan ice pop brand and today we are three product lines — Paletas, Bites, and Healthy — with the same commitment: real ingredients and flavor that delights.
Our story
In 2015, a new chapter began for what we know today as Estrella Corp. With the acquisition of Helados Estrella, a company rooted in the La Michoacana tradition, we launched a project with a clear vision: to transform a local factory into a competitive, innovative company with room to grow.
The first months were devoted to understanding the business from the ground up. We conducted a comprehensive assessment that identified opportunities for improvement in processes, production, finance, organizational culture, and talent development. That analysis became the foundation of our evolution.
As a proudly Baja California company, we have strengthened our operations through the professionalization of our processes, the consolidation of strategic partnerships, and the growth of our infrastructure. We now have a solid distribution network that supplies Baja California and Sonora, bringing our products to hundreds of points of sale.
In 2024 we took an important step in our diversification strategy by adding specialized machinery for granola production. Thanks to that investment, in 2025 we launched Estrella Bites, our new product line, debuting with two signature flavors: Peanut Butter and Chile-Limón.
Today, Estrella Corp represents the evolution of that project: a Mexican company specialized in developing, manufacturing, and distributing frozen products and innovative foods, with the capacity to create solutions for owned brands and for clients looking to launch or strengthen their market presence. Our commitment is to keep innovating, expanding our reach, and preparing to bring our products to new markets, with the vision of becoming a national and international reference.
